Dr. Emmanuel Brasca Udo Ifeadi, (Ph.D, MPhil, M.Sc, B.Sc)
Dr. Emmanuel Brasca Udo Ifeadi (Ph.D, Ph.D, MPhil, MSc, BSc) is a distinguished former Deputy Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Immigration Service and an accomplished administrator with over 30 years of exemplary management experience across various sectors of Nigeria’s economy.
Dr. Ifeadi earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Political Science from the University of Lagos. He further advanced his studies with an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Benin, and he holds dual Doctor of Philosophy degrees—one in Strategic Studies from Ambrose Alli University and another in International Relations from the University of Benin.
Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Director/International Coordinator at the Conflict Resolution and Migration Awareness Initiative (CRAMAI) in Abuja. In addition to his extensive public service, Dr. Ifeadi is the President of Shotokan Karate Do International Nigeria (SKI-N) and a certified Dan Black Belt by the Japan Certified organization.
Combining profound expertise in policy and strategic studies with an unmatched skill in program formulation, planning, and implementation, Dr. Ifeadi remains a pivotal figure in shaping transformative initiatives within Nigeria and beyond.
Surv. Louis Ieto Ifeadi, (B.Sc, MSc, MNIS, MNIM, MGGSN, RS.SURCON)
He joined the company as Group Managing Director in September 2003. A distinguished graduate of the Civil Engineering Department at Yaba College of Technology, he further advanced his expertise by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying, Geodesy, and Photogrammetry from the renowned University of Nigeria, Nsukka, as approved by the council and Senate.
A seasoned geomatics engineer, builder, project manager, and administrator, he brings over 20 years of comprehensive experience in project management, implementation, and execution. His career includes tenures at renowned organizations such as Olu Aina and Associates; Emocci and Associates (Nig.) Ltd.; the National Agricultural Lands Development Authority (NALDA); Seismograph Services (Nig.) Ltd. (Schlumberger Geco Prakla); Precision Engineering Consultants; and Integrated Data Company.
He is a respected member of the Nigerian Institute of Surveyors, a Registered Surveyor with the Surveyors Registration Council of Nigeria (SURCON), a member of the Geoscience and Geophysical Society of Nigeria, and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. As a technical expert and project manager, he possesses in-depth knowledge in planning and design, having successfully overseen numerous projects in surveying, construction engineering, property development, and the oil and gas sectors.
His international and local project portfolio includes significant work such as geophysical surveys and the management of groundwater contamination controls related to hydrocarbon production and storage in Nigeria. Additionally, his expertise extends to statistical and programming techniques, budgeting, manpower scheduling, and the meticulous control of project timelines and milestones.
